But I did ask the receptionist about the 30 minute appointment. I told her they were a bit sparse, and she responded that I had a lot of new growth so it was thinner. She even had me lay back down on the table. I asked the stylist before I was done if she could add more lashes to one of my eyes, looked in the mirror, pointed out where the lashes seemed not to be fanning out correctly. I booked, and paid for, a one hour appointment and was taken back 20 minutes late and done 10 minutes early.so a 30 minute appointment. I was disappointed in the service I received today. After all, if it weren’t for your customers, this person wouldn’t even have a job. So yourself a favor and fire this awful employee before you lose more loyal customers. I hope she is happy with the way she treated me because you just lost a lot of business. It’s a shame for someone who hates their job to ruin the experience for me, a paying customer. I will never come back here, and plan on posting this to google, yelp, Facebook, my own personal Facebook, and will tell all my friends. I am paying for a service and deserve to be treated as a customer not a piece of trash. That is the face of your business and her attitude and customer service is disgusting and embarrassing. She was so rude about it, never apologized for the misunderstanding and made it seem like my fault. I rearrange my entire schedule and when I arrived it’s not with my lash artist Ashley who I requested.

She called and said that an appointment opened up earlier than my appointment. The front desk person, the very unhappy, rude, unprofessional, red headed girl in the front desk was awful.

I am a very busy business professional and have to move my schedule around to squeeze in my appointments. She is so awesome I planned in advance to have my lashes done by her and was very adamant to have her again. I would appreciate a call from a manager. I understand we all make mistakes, but your business not accepting responsibility for the mistake is what I take issue with. I was told the stylist I was scheduled with was at a higher level then Brittany which wasn’t the point. I should have been allowed to make a new appointment with my stylist without having to pay a fee to cancel my appointment. I don’t believe that I should have to pay a penalty fee for your front desk scheduling errors. I was very disappointed to find that when I made my appointment that I had been scheduled with the wrong person. She has been the only stylist who has been able to extend the life of my lashes beyond a week. Brittany is the only stylist that has been friendly and concerned with the condition of my lashes. I have had appointments with about 4 different people at your studio.
